4th Internal Retreat in Waischenfeld
At the 4th Internal Retreat (Sep 24-25), our students once again enjoyed a varied programme. In addition to presentations by senior students about their master’s theses and internships abroad, there was also a large career session. Here we were pleased to hear reports from alumni who told us about their various career paths and then gave valuable tips on decision-making and applications in a closed discussion round.
After a short hike together and a nice tasty BBQ, the networking continued in a cosy atmosphere around the campfire. On the second day, the teaching evaluation was presented and valuable tips and suggestions for improvement were discussed. The students had the opportunity to discuss important points with the faculty and the external scientific advisory board. After this fruitful meeting in the middle of Franconian Switzerland, the bus picked us up back to Erlangen.
