First Internal Retreat in September
September 16 -17, 2019:
Students of the first year and lecturers are looking forward to the First Internal Retreat at the Fraunhofer Research Campus Waischenfeld. In addition to interesting research lectures by the Advisory Board (Prof. Dr. Lill Martensson Bopp – Gothenburg; Prof. Dr. Clarissa Prazeres da Costa – Munich; Prof. Dr. Simon Fillatreau – Paris and Dr. Ulf Grawunder – Basel) the first year of the Integrated Immunology Program will also be evaluated in review. Together with the Advisory Board and the lecturers, particularly good teaching and training approaches are recorded and suggestions for improvement will be made. During a hike in the late summer Frankonian Switzerland and a cosy dinner on the campus, final details on the choice of topic for the master thesis and the internship abroad are discussed before all students go abroad just a few days later…
